Blender 2.23

And now for something completely different.

I had just completed (had enough of) the coach and station scene. I felt like a change so I followed a tutorial by Chris Garrett, that I found on the Internet, to experiment with Blender's ability to render cartoon type images.

This is the result. The images certainly render a lot quicker this way. I quite like the effect, but this is the only image that I created using it.

I didn't get bored with the project as such. I got bored with 3D modelling. I tend to work with one particular type of program for a while then switch to something else when I feel like it. That's the advantage of doing computer graphics for fun rather than for profit.

Anyway I had spent four weeks of my holidays on 3D modelling, So I decided to do something different for the next fortnight (That's the advantage of working in the education system, long holidays)

So what did I do in that fortnight? That was when I started to create this web site. So, I spent the whole of my six weeks break working on the computer. Talk about a busman's holiday!
